Shopping
Shopping and ordering is easy at Pagparts.com. Simply choose from the menu items on the left menu bar and follow the links and their appropriate categories. Once you've found the product(s), simply add them to the cart. When you are done shopping, click the checkout button and create a profile.

Shipment of Your Order
Once you've completed the checkout, you will be recieving a confirmation email from us stating that we have recieved your order. You will recieve a subsequent email with all shipping and order information once the item(s) have been shipped.

All items in stock will usually be processed and shipped the same or following business day. In the event that the item is not in stock, it may delay your order 3-5 business days. In this case, you will either recieve an email or a sales representative will contact you.

Online Security
At Pagparts.com, we are dedicated to satisfy and protecting our customers. We utilize the latest in SSL (Secured Sockets Layer) technologies which makes it impossible for unauthorized persons to access any information that you store with us.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are actually based on the weight and dimensions of the package rather than a percentage of your order. We at Pagparts.com feel that shipping charges should be accurate and fair.

Payment
We accept most major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover. You can also pay by check by utilizing that option in the checkout page or over the phone.

Paying by Phone
If you don't feel comfortable entering your credit card number, you can fill out our online order form. After filling it out, either submit it or print and fax it to us and one of our sales representatives will be in touch to complete your order.

Cancelling Your Order
Your order may be cancelled provided that it hasn't been shipped out. Most orders are processed within a 24hr period and shipped either on the same business day or the following business day. In the event that you'd like to cancel your order, simply respond to your confirmation email or contact us.

Refunds
We will refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items.  However, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order if not defective. Within 15 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that:

• Are in their original packaging
• Have original manufacturer information
• Are not used, installed, or disassembled
• Are not damaged due to incorrect installation
• Do not having missing parts, hardware or instructions

The following orders are not returnable:

• Custom or special orders
• Electrical Parts and Components (Such as: ECU's, Push Button Units, relays, boost controllers, etc)

Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances that the return is a result of our error. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted.

Items incorrectly shipped to Pagparts.com will not be returned. Items not purchased from Pagparts.com will not be accepted. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error.

Core Returns
If you would like to return an item associated with a core return value, please submit your request by emailing us. Please note:

• All fluids must be drained from the core
• The core must be securely wrapped in plastic and sealed
• Cores must be returned in the packaging used in the shipment of the order sent to you
• Your core will be inspected to determine if the core is rebuild-able
• Core return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. These are not refundable.
• Cores must be returned within 30 days to receive credit.

Damaged Products
If your product has been damaged in shipment, please contact us and we will contact the appropriate shipper.

Incorrect Items
In the event that we've incorrectly shipped you the wrong item(s), please email or contact us as soon as possible so we could correct the order.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will apply to PURCHASERS residing in the State of New York (8.25%).

Special Orders
If you'd like to inquire or order items not in our catalog, you can fill out our parts request form. We will provide you with information as to availability and a price quote within a 24hr period. There are no additional charges associated with a special order part. European and JDM quotes may take up to 14 days to process.

Guarantee
Pagparts.com guarantees the workmanship of the products sold. If you have received a defective product, please review the manufacturer information included with your new product. If you wish to return it, please email us for more information.

Off Road Use Only
All automotive goods for sale by Pag Parts, Inc. have been designed and are intended for Off-Highway application only. Federal and/or state laws may prohibit the removal, modification, or rendering inoperable of any device or element of design or performance affecting vehicle emission or safety in a vehicle used on public highways. Pag Parts, Inc. is in no way responsible for any engine component failure. Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to a fine or penalty by the state. Vehicles modified by use of performance parts may no longer be lawfully used on public highways.

Turbochargers & Performance Parts Disclaimer
All turbochargers sold are meant to be used on custom applications, unless otherwise noted. There are no refunds do to fitment issues. Custom orders are not refundable. Please check with us to see if the particular turbocharger is in stock. All cancellations do to backorders will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.

Pag Parts Inc. assumes no responsibility for any damage or injuries incurred due to motorsports or any form of racing. All direct or indirect performance part or turbocharger purchase made by customers frees Pag Parts from any and all liabilities and responsibilites resulting in damage, accidents or injuries.

All Garrett and Precision turbochargers are covered by a 30day manufacturer's warranty. Warranties will not be honored in the event of oil starvation, contamination or foreign particle striking moving components.

All GT dual ball bearing turbos must use proper fittings and adapters. Coolant system must be utilized on the center cartridge. Failure to do so voids all manufacturer's warranties.
